FRIDAY, JUNE 21

1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Packet Pick up - Goldfish Swim School, 180 Weymouth Street, Rockland, MA. Goldfish is conveniently located a few minutes off off Route 3. Our Race Director, Bill Burnett, is the owner of Goldfish Rockland.

SATURDAY, JUNE 22

10:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Packet Pickup - Wilcutt Commons, 91 Sohier Street, Cohasset.

**We HIGHLY recommend athletes come to Friday or Saturday’s packet pickup options to beat the lines on race day!

SUNDAY, JUNE 23

5:30 AM Offsite Parking Lot (at the Music Circus) opens - do not arrive earlier than this!

6:00 AM Transition Area opens. Packet pickup opens.

6:30 AM All perimeter streets to Sandy Beach are closed (NO ATHLETE DROP OFFS ALLOWED AT SANDY BEACH)

7:00 AM Packet pickup closes.

7:30 AM Last shuttle bus trip from the Offsite Parking lot to Sandy Beach

7:35 AM Pre-race meeting and National Anthem at the stage

7:45 AM RACE STARTS - the 2024 wave assignments are listed below.

Note: novice athletes are sent out first as per instructions by our Medical/Safety team. Novice athletes are ineligible for Top 3 Podium Awards. Following that, in 2024, Age Group Women will go before the Men. We alternate this every year to be fair - in 2024, the Women go first!!
