COURSE DETAILS
THE COURSE
The course begins with a swim at Sandy Beach followed by a fast bike course that winds through historic Cohasset, and concludes with a scenic run along the waterfront on Jerusalem Road.
THE SWIM
The .25 mile ocean swim is in a protected a cove called Sandy Beach. It will be in water no deeper than 9 feet. Water temperatures average 62 degrees. Wetsuits are mandatory. In the event of poor swim conditions, the Race Director and the Cohasset Harbormaster reserve the right to shorten, alter or eliminate the swim course. See the Wave Assignments on this page.
BIKE
This 12.1 mile one loop bike will take athletes through gorgeous sections of Cohasset and North Scituate in a CLOCKWISE direction.
NOTE: UPDATE - when in North Scituate, about 6-7 miles into the course, all cyclists will turn right at Mordecai Lincoln Road (vs making a right on Country Way aka Main Street). SEE MAP ON RIGHT.

RUN
This 3.2 mile run takes athletes around Little Harbor - using Atlantic, Beach Street, Main Street, and Jerusalem Roads - in a CLOCKWISE direction.
